Fred Ulayyet

President

A licensed insurance agent since July 1988, Fred co-founded Senior Care Insurance Services, accompanied by his twin brother Mike, in the summer of 1990. Fred received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Valparaiso University in August 1986. He subsequently received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College), located in River Forest, Illinois in May 1988. Fred has resided in Valparaiso, Indiana since August 1982, along with his family.

Mike has been a licensed insurance agent since 1987. Accompanied by his twin brother Fred, Mike founded Senior Care Insurance Services in the summer of 1990. Mike graduated from Valparaiso University in 1986, receiving his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. He later received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College), located in River Forest, Illinois in May 1992. Mike has resided in Valparaiso, Indiana since 1982.

Born in Illinois and raised in Northwest Indiana, Sam graduated from Valparaiso High School in 2005. In August 2005, Sam became a licensed insurance agent and became an employee of Senior Care Insurance Services. He currently attends Indiana University Northwest and lives with his family in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Omar became a licensed insurance agent and began working at Senior Care Insurance Services in 2004, working alongside Fred and Mike in opening the Schererville office in 2005. Omar graduated from high school in Virginia. He later received two associates’ degrees in Virginia. Omar currently resides in Crown Point, Indiana with his wife and two children.

Hosam became a licensed insurance agent in 2005 and began working at Senior Care Insurance Services. Hosam received his degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. Hosam has done various volunteer works including organizing a number of different youth programs and camps, coaching different sports teams, and teaching at Sunday School. Hosam currently resides in Crown Point, Indiana with his wife and two children.

Nour joined our team in 2010 and now leads our Munster, IN location, specializing in Medicare, life insurance, financial planning, and long-term care.
As Vice President of Senior Care Insurance, he is deeply involved in management and team education.
With a background in business and an MBA in progress, Nour manages over $10 million in client assets, focusing on retirement and investment strategies.
Recognized as the number one Medicare agent in the United States in 2020, Nour is known across multiple companies for his expertise, particularly in 401(k) and CD rollovers, helping clients secure their financial futures.
Nour lives in Valparaiso, IN, where he remains committed to both his community and clients

Zaidoun (Zee) became a licensed insurance agent and began working at Senior Care Insurance Services in July 2013. Zaidoun currently lives in Schererville, Indiana with his wife and four children.

Woodrow Wilcox

Woodrow Wilcox started working for Senior Care Insurance Services in the spring of 2003. He helps with many administrative areas but concentrates on helping our clients save money by correcting medical billing errors that are caused by mistakes in the Medicare system. He has two degrees from Indiana University and wrote the book SOLVING MEDICARE PROBLEM.

Marija started working for Senior Care Insurance Services in December 2014 as Administrative Assistant at the Merrillville office. She moved her way up and became Licensed Insurance Agent in September 2023. She was born in Macedonia and immigrated to United States in 2007. She is fluent in English, Macedonian, Serbian and some Spanish.  Marija is a dedicated insurance agent and her goal is to help seniors navigate their insurance needs, she believes in building lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Veronia Garza began working at Senior Care Insurance Services in 2010 as an administrative assistant. Veronica graduated from Bishop Noll Institute in 2005, and later earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Ivy Tech Community College in 2008. Veronica currently resides in Gary, Indiana and spends her free time reading and watching movies.
Danielle MacDonald

Danielle graduated from Sawyer College of Business . She has worked for the City of Hammond, Community Hospital, University of Chicago and has also worked in sales as well. She has over 20 years experience in customer service administrative and sales support. Danielle joined the firm in April of 2013 to work with Osama Estwani and Nour Kalam at the newest location in Munster, IN. She also resides in Munster with her daughter and has three grown sons. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music, photography, attending her daughters soft ball games and spending time with her family.

Maha attented Wilber Write College, obtained her GED, and was a certified Teacher’s Assistant. She has also completed a year and a half of educational courses. Maha joined the company in September of 2013, and is the personal secretary at the Schererville office. She has three children and three grandchildren, and when she isn’t spending time with them, Maha loves to golf and quilt.

Nadine has been with the company since August 2006. She is another leads coordinator on staff, and is responsbile for contacting many of our existing and new clients.

Cindy has been with the company since 1996. She is one of the two lead coordinator on staff, and is responsible for following up with potential clients and connecting them with the closest agent.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Nella has been working for Senior Care since July of 2019, after she graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. She started as an Administrative Assistant at our Merrillville office, worked out of our Schererville location for a few years, and has now returned to the Merrillville office as a claims manager in addition to her administrative duties. Nella currently resides in Schererville with her husband and Frankie, an adorable Weiner dog. When she isn’t in the office, Nella loves to travel and enjoys baking.
